Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by SaaS Explain ("we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

SaaS Explain provides SaaS explainer video production, motion graphics, animation, and related creative services.

Services

Our services may include:

  • SaaS explainer videos
  • Product demo videos
  • Motion graphics and animation
  • Branding and visual storytelling assets
  • Related creative production services

All services are delivered digitally.

No User Accounts

We do not provide user accounts, dashboards, memberships, or CRM access through our website. Project communication and delivery are conducted through email and other mutually agreed communication channels.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

Paddle may handle payment processing, invoicing, tax collection, and related compliance requirements. We do not collect or store payment card information.

By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's applicable terms and policies.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and approvals for any materials provided to SaaS Explain, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, screenshots, images, videos, audio files, documents, and brand assets.

The client agrees that SaaS Explain shall not be responsible for claims arising from materials supplied by the client.

Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of all final approved deliverables created specifically for the client is transferred to the client.

This includes final video files and final design assets delivered as part of the agreed project scope.

Raw working files, project files, drafts, templates, workflows, proprietary processes, and internal production materials remain the property of SaaS Explain unless specifically included in the project scope.

Portfolio Rights and Confidentiality

SaaS Explain may showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, marketing materials, social media channels, presentations, and case studies.

However, if a client requests confidentiality, asks us not to publicly display the work, requires an NDA, or otherwise communicates that the project should remain private, SaaS Explain will respect that request and will not publicly showcase the project without the client's permission.

This applies whether the confidentiality request is communicated formally or informally during the course of the project.

Delivery

Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project scope, client responsiveness, revision cycles, and other factors.

Revisions

Revision rounds are provided according to the agreed project scope. Additional revisions may require additional fees.

No Refund Policy

All payments are subject to our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaS Explain shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services in cases of abusive conduct, unlawful activity, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
