Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

All payments made to SaaS Explain are final and non-refundable.

Because our services involve custom creative work, production time, planning, design, animation, and other professional services that begin shortly after project initiation, refunds are generally not available once payment has been made.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare situations, we may review requests relating to:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Billing errors
  • Situations where we are unable to provide the agreed service

Any review of a refund request is entirely at our discretion and does not guarantee a refund.

  • Reason for the request

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Paddle may maintain its own policies and procedures regarding payment disputes and transaction processing.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in termination of services and future service restrictions.
